Coin Jewellery is probably the oldest form of adornment used by humans. Which is why the `Kasu malai' or coin necklace is an iconic design and must have piece in South Indian jewellery.
Here we have a petite gold-dipped Sterling Silver (92.5) coin necklace where the coins carry the image of goddess Laxmi (seated on a lotus) and display a single row of `kempu stones' . The skill and craftsmanship exhibited in this piece are truly amazing. It is paired with matching coin motif jhumkas.
Crafted using techniques used in South Indian antique jewellery; the necklace has been gold-dipped to perfection.
(Note: The necklace can be bought alone or along with the jhumka , prices for both are different and both options given. Tassle provided at the end for adjusting the length, we can also provide gold-dipped silver links/chain if desired at an extra cost.)
